AlphaNovel is a new product within the SocialTech ecosystem. Our goal is to build a global multilingual platform for readers and writers of next-generation novels that can share and promote their content on our platform. We already launched our product, signed 300+ authors and are currently very close to unit economics.
AlphaNovel is designed to be both readers- and author-friendly digital platform focusing on Tier-1 markets. We want to present readers with the newest and brightest variety of works while offering authors data-driven ways to increase the number of readers and monetize their work.

The ambitious goal is to build a new Netflix in the world of books.

Now we are looking for an ambitious Head of User Acquisition who will scale up our business from both readers' and authors' sides!

Your Responsibilities:
— Research and launch new user acquisition channels;
— Drive the performance and scale existing user acquisition channel – Facebook;
— Continuously monitor and tune advertising campaigns;
— Own the pre-product part of the user acquisition funnel;
— Participate in planning and decision-making, determine AlphaNovel’s strategic roadmap;
— Set up and develop content operations;
— Work closely with a dedicated analyst to find insights in huge amounts of data and act on them;
— Expand and develop a user acquisition team.
In 3 years you will be a shareholder in an aspiring unicorn, disrupting the global book publishing market!

What You Bring to AlphaNovel:
— 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments – consulting, investment banking, venture capital, product IT, ride-hailing, food delivery, etc;
— Exceptional prioritization and project management skills;
— An experience in working with large amounts of data;
— Strong analytical skills with demonstrated capabilities in campaign measurement, analyzing and interpreting data and A/B testing;
— You have a builder's mentality – you're comfortable developing and scaling where nothing existed before;
— You have outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems;
— Your English is Upper-Intermediate;
— Strong communication skills;
— Would be a strong plus – you have 3+ years of paid traffic experience at an advertising agency or product company in a role of PPC manager, working with Tier1 market’s.

Nice to Have:
— General interest in product growth, media, publishing, and technology;
— Experience working in data analysis / deep research / SEO / SERM;
