About the team:

Operations managers work with peers inside the functional Operations team as a part of the business’s Supply team. As the business is growing, we need more highly skilled Operations managers to keep up and improve existing processes, create new flows and show what operational excellence really means.

Operations manager's responsibilities:

— Ownership of business interests and appropriate flows in a functional zone in coordination with respected teams, such as finance and payments, legal, content moderation, dispute resolution, product teams;
— Analysis of current processes in the ownership zone, initiating and deploying improvements;
— Automation of manual processes, eliminating business process inefficiencies;
— Managing and administrating the scope of business partners, their performance, bonuses and sanctions.

Must-have skills and experience to join us:

— 3+ years of work experience in multinational companies, big4, top-tier Ukrainian firms;
— Positive track record as a business analyst, project manager, operational or business development management, auditor;
— Analytical and critical thinking, decision-making skills;
— Highly developed communicational skills, both oral and written;
— Result orientation and delivery management;
— Being attentive to details and able to cope with the diverse contexts;
— Good technical skills in Excell;
— Intermediate/upper-intermediate English level.
