We are looking for an active and thoughtful person who will strengthen the Treasury team in the Junior Treasury Manager role. Reporting to: Senior Treasury Manager.

As a Junior Treasury Manager, you will get an opportunity of becoming a top-demanded professional with a deep understanding of how the global payments system works.

Apart from dealing with payments, you’ll get to communicate and build relationships with banks and FinTech companies worldwide.

In this role, you’ll learn how to set up payment infrastructure so that money can flow between different corners of the world.

The successful candidate will get an opportunity to become a Treasury Manager with full responsibility for one of the Projects within 1-2 years.

What will you do:

1) Managing international cash payments

— you will be a part of a treasury payment center dealing with operations worldwide;

— troubleshoot finance questions: KYC requests, refunds, etc., with managers from the world's leading financial institutions.

2) Assist in managing relationships with banks and FinTech companies

— assist with business development: search for new partnerships with financial institutions;

— help with accounts opening in banks and FinTech companies;

3) Financial analysis

— look for growth and optimization opportunities in our payment infrastructure.

— analyze how much fees we pay and suggest how we could pay even less;

4) Support operations of the top-performing Finance department in Ukrainian IT

— assist colleagues from reporting department with payments reconciliation;

— take part in the implementation of a brand-new world-class ERP system.

Skills and experience that will help you join the board:

Experience:

— 1+ years of work experience in multinational companies, FinTech, top-tier Ukrainian firms or banks;

— we are open to considering Master’s degree students able to work full-time with demonstrated academic achievements: internships/challenges/competitions.

Skills:

— Attention to detail: you’ll deal with payments and numbers;

— Confident user of MS Excel: experienced with building pivots;

— Strong communication and writing skills: we are seeking a candidate who can intelligently communicate with banks and other external partners;

— Upper-Intermediate+ English: communications with banks are solely in English, so be ready for a short conversation during the interview.
