About the project

Brighterly is a young company with a true startup spirit that is building an EdTech Platform for learning maths for children in the US market. A well-coordinated, experienced team of 40 people has a successfully built EdTech business for adults. Currently, we are taking confident first steps in the children's niche and teaching children aged 6 to 12 years to add, subtract, multiply, divide, algebra and geometry concepts. All this in an engaging way, on top of personalized resources and with professional tutors!

The Brighterly team closed the pre-seed round in a record 3 months, creating the Core Team and MVP of our product. After that, we successfully closed the Seed round within 9 months, showing excellent dynamics in key Sales, Marketing, and Product indicators. Now we have fixed our goals and entered the next round, where our goal for the next year is to scale and take a leading position in the Ed-Tech business market!
To achieve this, we need to sell a lot! We are growing, which is why we are opening a Sales Team Lead position.

We are currently looking for a strong and people and business results oriented Sales Team Lead with Upper-Intermediate+ English, leadership & management skills, and Strong Sales skills who is ready to work with a team of Sales managers in the US B2C market, exclusively on incoming applications.

The work schedule is flexible, with teamwork at night (US market).

  • Strong B2C Sales strategies and tactics understanding
