The team consists of 19 people and is growing every day, and therefore we do not have any bureaucracy, official hierarchy or any type of decision-making and actions bottlenecks. Each team member has the opportunity to propose an idea that can turn into a new function or product.

Now we are looking for an ambitious Content Manager who will contribute to our growth by unlocking the potential of our platform by bringing and highlighting the best novels and stories.

Your Responsibilities:
— Content operations ownerships: Quality benchmarks, promotions, content metadata actualization;
— Growth driver via a constant feedback loop to writers and publishers;
— Prepare & tailor content quality initiatives to bring our platform to the “best-in-the-industry” standards;
— Ongoing and original content push;
— Leveraging internal/external data, market research, social media, competitive analysis, and other insights, to develop strategies and projects that can drive growth for AlphaNovel.

What You Bring to AlphaNovel:
— C1 English;
— Excellent communicator;
— Copywriting & proofreading experience;
— Proactiveness and “going extra-mile” attitude;
— Being fond of novels, content, stories and overall love to literature will be a huge advantage;
— Strong attention to detail and an exceptional follow-through ability;
— Sharp organizational skills to maintain simultaneous projects and different stakeholders workflows.

Nice to Haves:
— Exposure within literary agency, or at a publishing house, journalism, particularly in the digital content space;
— An interest in popular fiction & romance novels and/or a willingness to learn about content distribution and monetization.
