Product: We are looking for a Customer Success Representative that will join and strengthen our team.
We are a fast growing startup building a Premium transactional marketplace in the social discovery niche that helps Users around the World to get to know each other.
Recently we have closed a Round A investment. Currently, our efforts are aimed at product stabilisation and scaling x2 at the beginning of 2023.
Our platform already found its well-deserved place in the niche with leading pairing algorithms, a personal approach to Users and meticulously moderated User profiles.

What does it take to join us?
β€” At least 6 months of experience as a Support / CSR;
β€” You currently live in Europe or Western regions of Ukraine;
β€” Experience working with Zendesk, Freshdesk or other helpdesk-systems;
β€” Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English, both oral and written;
β€” Desire to work in startup and value teamwork.
