Product: Our team is now building a live-streaming platform. The next stage is scaling. By the end of this year, we plan to hit the TOP 100 companies with the highest marketing budgets in Ukraine. Our aim for the next year is TOP 5.

Opportunity: We are looking for User Operations Lead to lead customer operations. Our User Operations Team is all about ensuring our Users and Content Creators have the best possible experience with our live streaming platform and keeping our online community safe. It is a unique opportunity to foster your development and become the Head of one of our business units along with our growth.

You will:
Lead, manage, recruit and develop a team of Customer Support and Moderation Specialists, helping them to achieve their full potential;
— Develop, implement and track processes to guarantee User Operations excellence;
— Identify suspicious behaviour, and abuse in a timely manner, and collaborate with other teams to prevent occurrences of fraudulent activity;
— Monitor daily team activities and ensure the daily operations run smoothly;
— Ensure high standards and quality of work through strong performance management of metrics while providing coaching and feedback
— Create an inspiring team environment with a culture that ensures collaboration and goals achievement;
— Actively collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to boost our growth.

You:
— Proven business operations experience, or other operational, customer-focused roles in high-growth environments;
— Come with leadership skills. Experience in leading people in a previous position is a plus;
— Have a data-driven analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking ability and logical thinking;
— Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving ability;
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth and high-performance start-up environment and delivering results with limited supervision;
— Possess team spirit, learning ability, and strong curiosity. Highly self-driven, and result-oriented spirit;
— English is a must.
