Now we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join SocialTech. Key Qualifications:
— 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience;
— 1+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers;
— Experience in building and scaling technical recruitment teams;
— Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and key business leaders;
— Have the skills to build a pipeline quickly and comprehensively;
— Inform a company's strategic direction through understanding of the talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary expectations of those with similar skills, etc.);
— Help drive Recruiting initiatives.

Key Goals:
— Inspire, grow and nurture a team of recruiting professionals to deliver against Business hiring needs while meeting quality expectations;
— Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the team;
— Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and amplify operational excellence to support team's rapid growth;
— Partner with SocialTech hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates, with data-driven advice on the range of logical possibilities;
— Champion recruiting process improvements and recruiting tool enhancements on a global level.
