Product: Howly is a team of experienced professionals who believe that, in the modern world, any issue can be quickly solved online.
We are actively working on a platform that will make it possible. Now we are searching for a Quality Control Specialist who will be responsible for quality control of the service provided by our Technical Experts in online chats.
Tasks and responsibilities:
— Performing routine evaluations;
— Compiling a Quality Review for Experts and providing coaching, feedback, and reporting;
— Developing quality assurance policies;
— Filling the Knowledge Base with new flows; editing and creating templates for Expert’s team;
— Analyzing customer feedback and advising management on areas of improvement
— Minimum of 2 years in Customer Support/Customer Success/Sales, with 1 year Quality Control Specialist, Supervisor or Team Lead;
— Your level of English is B2+;
— Strong attention to details;
— You can work independently and you’re able to solve problems without detailed explanation;
— Strong verbal and written communication skills;
— Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Have good time-management skills and are able to work remotely;
— High customer service orientation.
