Qualifications and Experience:

— Bachelor's Degree and have 2+ years experience in related work experience (e.g.,account management, customer support, consulting,partner relationship);

— Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong level of self-awareness;

— Strong attention to detail and an exceptional follow-through ability;

— Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish;

— The English language proficiency - upper-intermediate level and higher (interview may be held in English);

— The Spanish language proficiency - upper-intermediate level and higher;

— Experience of working in IT would be desirable;

— Portuguese will be a plus, but not obligatory.

Key Responsibilities:

— Building high touch, consultative and strong relationships with our partners through regular and open communications; but

— Providing trainings and presentations on products, new features and motivational plan;

— Training new partners onboard;

— Assisting existing partners with prompt replies, helping them fully use the functionalities of the platform, dealing with payment issues, fines and legal related stuff;

— Collaborating with various teams (e.g.,Strategic BP, Support, Finance, Legal) across company to ensure we fulfill customers’ demand and helping partner succeed in business development;

— Preparing recommendations for project performance improvement in response to the partner’s feedback.
