We are looking for a strong Growth Operations Manager.
— Research new business areas for Howly;
— Prepare business model for new business area launch: pricing, commissions;
— Acquire initial supply partners;
— Launch and develop new business areas.
What you’ll do:
— Research new business areas from and analyze market potential;
— Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives with your team through the stages;
— Along department heads prepare strategy for new business area launch:
— Hiring initial team for new business area growth;
— Developing and implementing best Supply Operations practices across other areas via implementing lean and operational excellence methods;
— Analyzing data – you will monitor our new area operations metrics to ensure marketplace balance in core demand areas, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
— You have 3+ years experience in an analytical and/or entrepreneurial position;
— Excellent communication & written skills in English;
— Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems;
— Be an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (advanced Excel skills are a must).
You will get extra credits for:
— Prior experience working in operations for a complex organization providing a 365/24/7 service;
— Experience in product launches or running a business.
— Full assistance with temporary relocation to our corporate sites in Western Ukraine. After the war, we will be glad to see you in our modern office at Podil;
