Reporting to:

Head of Finance Controlling and Business Efficiency

What you will do:

— Perform constant analysis of Company’s expenses, propose steps to be taken in order to reduce costs according to “more value for less money” principle;

— Design and implement Company’s Policies in order to control expenses, keep track on their execution by all Company’s employees initiating purchases;

— Review and approve outgoing payment requests;

— Develop and implement new process of monthly budgeting by all Company’s budget holders (departments’ Team Leads);

— Take part in finance processes’ automation (we are going to start 1C implementation project, so you will be able to design your processes in ERP environment from scratch)

— Communicate with internal departments (treasury, reporting, taxes, legal) to secure respective level of infrastructure needed for smooth business growth of portfolio companies;

On top of the above you are offered full discretion to identify and take control over areas for improvement both within portfolio projects’ teams and infrastructure teams.

Skills and experience:

— 2-3 years’ experience in Big 4/ international audit companies is a must;

— Advanced MS Office user;

— ACCA certification (in a process of obtaining) is a plus;

— Structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven business conclusions. We are waiting for you in our team!
